Full Job Description
TechFlow’s success in the Energy and Mobility marketspace has created an opportunity to add a Lead Project Coordinator focused exclusively on Energy and Mobility. The ideal Project Coordinator will have business and project management background with experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously. The Project Coordinator will work closely with Engineers and Business Unit Leaders to track, assist, and report on multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Supervise subordinate project coordinators.
- Provide subject matter expertise in areas including project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, resource allocation, and facilitation.
- Implement company and industry best practice program/project methodology.
- Generate project financial management reports.
- Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Mentor project coordinators in project management best practices.
- Assist with tracking of material, production and project costs and provide documentation to PM.
- Assist PMs with correspondence and reporting to clients and federal/state agencies.
- Assist PMs with creating internal budgets for cost tracking and invoicing.
- Maintain project schedule tracking for PM for multiple projects internally.
- Attend construction-related meetings to support project-related functions.
- Assist PM with bid submittal packages.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sustainability or related field.
- 5+ years of prior project coordination experience
- Ability to multitask, possess strong attention to detail, manage tight deadlines and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office, specifically Project & Excel, invoicing and/or job costing software.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Sustainability
