WWC Global, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a Mid OSINT Training Specialist to support the Defense Intelligence Agency's Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) Integration Center (OSIC) in Reston, VA. This position will provide functional and organizational support of the Client's relevant lines of effort at the Agency and Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE) Levels.
The ideal candidate will be able to support the Client's Policy & Engagement through their knowledge within the Open Source Intelligence. The Mid OSINT Training Specialist will assist the Policy & Engagement team in shaping the OSINT discipline through the creation of OSINT training materials, instruction of OSINT training courses and writing of policy/procedural documentation for the Defense Intelligence Enterprise. The Mid OSINT Training Specialist should expect to have daily direct interactions with senior government officials, and must accordingly be agile in their operational tempo and planning based on changing priorities.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Audit relevant courses to ensure consistency with Defense Intelligence Enterprise curriculum standards.
- Assist in the development of OSINT training modules.
- Collaborate with Defense Intelligence entities to improve OSINT training courses.
- Assist the government Client in teaching OSINT training courses.
- Ability to edit and provide feedback on coursework, training modules, and training documentation.
- Develop and maintain technical training documentation.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on several areas of the OSINT discipline.
- Ability to constantly improve processes in line with the ever-changing OSINT atmosphere.
- Ability to work independently and within a team and provide innovative ideas in the development of OSINT coursework.
- Ability to provide recommendations to improve processes for the OSIC Training & Tradecraft division.
- Strong collaboration skills internal and external to OSIC
- Assisting government Client in the constant evaluation of coursework and training material.
- Proactive in researching OSINT topics in order to stay abreast of changes with OSINT policy, OSINT training, and OSINT practices.
- Attending OSINT forums to include working groups, and senior level committees for awareness within the Open Source community.
- Write formal OSINT policy and procedure documents with minimal guidance.
- Utilize collaboration skills to build strong relationships across the OSINT community.
- Provide innovative relevant ideas towards the development of training and tradecraft.
Work Environment:
- Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Current, active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain CI Poly.
- Six or more years of experience creating and implementing program management business processes, metrics and senior level briefs with excellent communication skills.
- Six or more years of experience with customer engagement and stakeholder requirement documentation.
- Six or more years of experience working within the Open Source environment, managed attribution and DIE mission sets.
- Ability to provide recommendations based off of data collection, aggregation and mission knowledge for technical capabilities.
- Understanding of Training and Tradecraft Policy, implementation and dissemination.
- Extensive experience working with data to define metrics, demand signals and usage.
- Strong leadership qualities and understanding of instructional design.
- Experience with developing training modules.
- Ability to collaborate amongst Defense Intelligence Entities.
- Strong background in Open Source Intelligence.
- Experience writing and editing formal documentation.
- Strong understanding of Project Management processes and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
- Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Current, active TS/SCI with CI Poly.
- Bachelor's degree in English or Journalism.
- Experience in teaching training courses.
- Experience in OSINT training development.
- Experience with Graphic Design.
- Experience as an Open-Source Collector.
