Full Job Description
The office manager work in collaboration with the Program Manager and Owners. They are responsible for managing the day to day financial/support operations of respective locations. The individual is responsible for submitting weekly billing after documentations have been verified by Supervisor and/or office staff. The individual is responsible for providing timely financial reports and information for the management of the agency. The office manager works closely with the Owners in the audit of billing activity. The individual is responsible to submitting payroll on a bi-weekly basis and ensure appropriate employment taxes are deducted. This postion works directly with the DOS and Owners.
Requirements
Work closely with the Director of Services in the audit of billing activity
Manage day to day financial/support operations of respective locations
Submit weekly billing claims to Medicaid
Balance the agency's checkbook and pay the monthly expenses
Monitor month end process, ensuring all claims are cleared, unbilled services are tracked and resubmitted, if possible
Submit payroll on a bi-weekly basis
Good written and verbal communication
Ability to manage time effectively
Possess strong management, organizational, and presentation skills
Possess strong leadership skills
Technical skill using Microsoft office products such as word, excel power point, etc.
Prepare reports for the management of site
Strong organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills are required
