Full-time Physical Therapist

We are seeking a committed Physical Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility. You will assess and treat residents with a range of physical challenges, focusing on improving their mobility and quality of life. By working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you’ll create personalized care plans that address each resident's unique rehabilitation needs. As a valued member of our caring team, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding care and supporting successful recovery outcomes.

Salary: $100,000-$130,000 per year (depending on experience) with full benefits.
Schedule:

Monday – Friday 8 am - 5 pm

Patient Volume: 1-2 patient per hour

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat residents with diverse physical challenges.
• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
• Focus on improving mobility and enhancing overall well-being.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate residents and families on rehabilitation goals and techniques.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Virginia state license as Physical Therapist.
• Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
