We are looking for a dynamic Program Analyst to join our team! The Management Analyst will provide administrative and logistics support for the government client and interagency partner meetings, including preparing detailed meeting minutes, presentations, summaries, and other documents. The Management Analyst will prepare briefings for senior leadership, including professionally formatted PowerPoint event script, and provide a quality assurance review of all products before submission to the government client. The Management Analyst will conduct research and draft presentations, summaries, and other documents as required and track project milestones and status in Asana. They will also staff products and projects using CATMS. They will provide regular updates and maintenance of supporting artifacts such as standing agenda items, membership lists, and contact information, and SOPs. After the government client's approval, the meeting products will be distributed to the client and interagency partners then file all documents and products on the specified government knowledge management site.

Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative and programmatic support for the Project Manager, identified government leadership, and assigned staff
- Support government clients in the development, planning, and execution of assigned projects or programs
- Support research—and experience-based guidance and advice to the government client team regarding the improvement, execution, and expansion of identified government projects or programs
- Assist with meeting planning, management, and support services to assigned programs and project teams
- Support the implementation of knowledge management needed to facilitate the flow of information and data for all assigned projects
- Accurately capture and record client requirements from meetings
- Verify each deliverable for accuracy and relevancy against requirements
- Update deliverables with client revisions and comments within specified client timelines
- Provide or support the delivery of final deliverables to the client on or before the due date
- Support government leadership with interagency requirements
- Track follow-ups and due out from meetings or the client to closure
- Assist with drafting and coordinating issue papers, decision memorandums, talking points, analysis papers, executive-level summaries, and other products as required
- Contribute to developing executive leadership briefings for presentation to and use by the client
- When applicable, provide subject matter expertise consultation on specific interagency and legislative-related topics.
- Coordinate schedules for meetings, data calls, and information exchanges
- Conduct environmental scans of recent reports, studies, programs, policies, and initiatives, and draft legislation relevant to the government program as needed
- Assist with producing weekly and monthly media analyses of print, digital, and other media coverage of the program and benefits
- Support specified tasks related to project management and administration
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience.
- Previous experience in a leadership role.
- Experience building and maintaining solid stakeholder relationships, including clients and employees.
- Basic understanding of financial management principles and managing budgets effectively.
- Expert in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
- Able to obtain a minimum of NACI (National Agency Check with Inquiries) for a Veterans Affairs Public Trust Tier 3 Clearance
