Description:
F5 is seeking a proactive and experienced Program Analyst to provide strategic front office type support to an intelligence community customer.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and integrate business functions into a cohesive strategic management plan for all client business areas
- Develop governance, customer engagement strategies and business improvement plans to meet desired strategic objectives
- Facilitate working groups, determine agendas and draft meeting minutes as necessary
- Deliver executive-level organizational performance support to the front office by gathering and analyze organizational data to assess progress of organizational plans
- Ensure accountability by facilitating meetings, developing agendas, identifying actions, and facilitating timely resolutions.
- Integrate and visualize data from diverse sources to generate new insights.
- Develop executive-level reports, briefings, and dashboards.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of experience with a BS/BA, 6 years with an MS/MA/MBA
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Experience with graphic design, visual aids, and other visually effective messaging.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign and other graphic design software.
- Skill in drafting written communications for an executive-level audience.
- Exceptional initiative and capability to operate with minimal oversight.
- An active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph is required on start
