As a Program Analyst - Junior at ARETUM, you will be responsible for providing analytical support to assist in the management and execution of programs and projects.

Responsibilities
- Provide General Program/Project Management Support, including the tasks below:
- Provide assistance on administrative and management issues related to program/project operations
- Provide stakeholder coordination support related to program/project stakeholder operations
- Provide Enterprise level knowledge management support using SharePoint)
- Assist in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Fact Sheets, Frequently Asked Questions, talking points, documenting office policies and workflows; updating and maintaining these program/project management documents; and managing and updating documents related to program and project operations
- Assist the government with maintaining, updating, coordinating, and delivering meeting schedules, agendas, minutes, and briefing packages
- Assist the government with maintaining, updating, and delivering program/project management lessons learned and other program/project closeout documentation
- Assist in the preparation of supporting acquisition documentation including Statement of Objectives (SOO)/Statement of Work (SOW)/Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP), and acquisition planning documentation
- Manage and maintain required program and acquisition support documentation
- Track and monitor the status of contract actions, including new contract awards and existing contracts (e.g., option renewals, change orders, administrative changes, etc.)
- Retrieve, place, and archive acquisition support documentation, assist with the completion of data calls involving the retrieval, placement, or archiving of acquisition support documentation, and produce data related to contract’s managed and maintained in support of program operations.
- Perform entry of Purchase Requests into a requisition tracking system that enables the commitment of funding in support of contract actions.
- Able and willing to research issues and/or client needs and collaborate with the team to complete tasks
- Conduct internal review of work to ensure quality and/or perform QC
- Perform tracking of tasks and coordination with the team
Requirements
- Ability to meet deadlines, adhere to project plans, ensure any conflicts are brought to the attention of the management team,
- Multi-task and work on several projects simultaneously
- Great level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Must be willing to come onsite one day per week or as per client requests.
- Strong verbal communication skills
- 3+ years of experience
