**CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD**

Job Description: ACT1 Federal is seeking a Project/Task Lead to manage and maintain existing and new courses for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) training for the US Navy's NAVSEA SEA01C Office.

Responsibilities:

• Managing all logistics of course in person and Virtual.
• Creating and Maintaining databases for tracking attendees, posting course evaluations, and providing statistical data to Training Manager.
• Providing support to course instructors throughout the course training process.
• Collaborating with Instructional Designers, IT Specialist and Training Facilitator to ensure tasks are on track and completed.
• Providing logistical support all other training needs to include but not limited to Security Cooperation Workforce Development Program updating and reporting metrics.
• Assisting SYSCOM Security Cooperation Office Training Manager with ad-hoc tasks related to training

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education.
• A minimum of 12 years of specialized experience in curriculum design.
• Education requirement will substitute four (4) years of specialized experience.

Preferred:

• Security Assistance and Foreign Military Sales experience is desired.
• Past work with the US Navy, specifically at NAVSEA is desired
