SAP ERP Solution Suite Application Support

Position Overview:

The SAP ERP Solution Suite Application Support Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the SAP ERP system, helping to solve technical issues and providing support to end-users. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and optimize processes to better align with business needs. The Specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting, testing, and implementing system changes, as well as assisting in training and documentation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for SAP application support, responding to user inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct thorough assessments of system problems, providing effective solutions and coordinating with technical teams for resolution.
• Assist in the configuration and customization of SAP modules to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Support testing efforts for software upgrades and ensure that new features are correctly implemented.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users to maximize system utilization and efficiency.
• Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to support system enhancements and new implementations.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in SAP ERP application support or related roles.
• Strong technical knowledge of SAP modules and functionalities, particularly in areas relevant to the organization's operations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and formulate solutions effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in training and providing user support, with a focus on improving user experience and satisfaction.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP ERP systems.
• Experience in system troubleshooting and diagnostics in an enterprise environment.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
• Previous experience in a consulting environment is beneficial.
