**THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD**
At ACT1, our people make the difference. As the Senior Business and Financial Operations Specialist, you will be trusted to support the operations and maintenance of the Acquisition Information Management tool (AIM).
In this role, a typical day will include:
- Make daily updates regarding status of assigned PR actions.
- Refresh data feeds daily, or as requested; ensuring anomalies/errors are addressed.
- Provide daily PR Tracking and dashboards reports.
- Perform ad hoc queries/reports.
- Perform mass update/import of information from meetings/alternate sources.
- Research functional issues and provide recommended corrections.
- Provide users access and training regarding the functionality of the tool.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure tool remains functional.
- Provide support for transitioning to new tools, as needed, in the future.
Requirements
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- A minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrated experience operating databases and performing queries using MS Access, Excel, SharePoint and Teams.
- A minimum of five (5) years Government procurement experience.
- MA/MS degree required. 5 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
- Experience to successfully perform and manage multiple procurement support functions and tasks is required.
- Experience managing PowerApps and using PowerBI is beneficial.
- Prior experience using the PRISM contract writing system and Federal Financial Management System (FFMS) is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Active Public Trust and DHS Suitability is required.
