Skilled Solar Worker

Esparza Staffing is a leading provider of recruitment and workforce solutions in the Oil & Energy industry. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Electrician to join our team. As a Solar Electrician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of solar energy systems. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of renewable energy and make a positive impact on the environment.

Responsibilities

• Task may include but not limited to installation of solar PV systems, including electrical wiring, mounting of inverters, terminations, panels testing and installation of main switches.
• Act as Esparza Staffing's team lead/representative during installations, ensuring efficient, safe and quality work with adherence to the client's high standard of installation, best practice and regulatory requirements.
• Work directly with the client's staff, contractors, consultants and partners.
• Coordinate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Keep accurate records of project details, including the installation and maintenance processes.
• Collaborate with customers to address concerns or questions related to solar energy systems.

Requirements

• Previous experience working with solar energy systems.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and components.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures related to solar installations.
• Ability to read and interpret solar system designs and blueprints.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and ability to work at heights.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
