The role entails various responsibilities such as:

• Preparing proposals,
• Client communication,
• Conducting site surveying services,
• Overseeing survey field crews,
• Managing contract operations,
• Ensuring project profitability.

Requirements

• Applicants must hold a VA Professional Land Surveyor certification.
• Possess at least 5 years of experience in land development and public works projects.
• Experience in supporting teams for subdivisions, site plans, rezoning, as well as supervisory skills.
• A crucial requirement is having established relationships and experience collaborating with local municipalities and approval agencies.
