We are currently seeking a System Administrator - Senior to join our team.
Primary Job Duties & Required Experience:
· A bachelor’s or master’s degrees in computer science are preferred
· Willing and able to travel to OCONUS non-warzone locations as needed in support of the mission, about 25% of the time.
· Must be in possession of required documentation (i.e. Passport) for OCONUS travel as soon as day 1.
· Strong verbal communication and documentation skills
· Microsoft Windows workstation troubleshooting and administration
· Domino administration, to include admin console commands and execution
· Assist in monitoring and maintenance of Domino Servers to ensure availability of the services for users
· Domino server builds/upgrades
· Monthly health check (databases, log size, log content, dead mail, etc.)
· Knowledge of ServiceNow, including how to submit Task, Incident, Change Request
· Knowledge of Notes Groups, Mail In Databases, ACL alignment, connection documents, mail topology
· Data transfer officer (DTO)
· Manage inventory tracking (secondary)
· Account creation, renames and use name changes, account disablement/archive, unlock users’ accounts, password resets
· Close support problem identification, diagnosis and resolution, or escalate to Tier 3
· Workstation connectivity and labeling
· Onsite troubleshooting, customer problem investigation and technical assistance
· Manage mail routing, tracing, tracking and troubleshooting
· Configure access control at the server, database, and document levels
· Manually create and manipulate server, person, connection, group, program and policy documents
· MECM patching for Windows servers and workstations
· Detail oriented

· Microsoft Systems Administrator Certification
· McAfee/Trellix ePO
· Veritas NetBackup
· MECM / Software Center, application deployments, patching, workstation builds
· VMware vCenter
· NetApp Storage Administration
· MS Exchange Server 2019 administration
· Windows 10 Server 2016, 2019, 2022 operating systems
· MS Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
· Printer support and maintenance
· RSA Authentication Management
Job Requirements
· Active TS/SCI + Full Scope Poly U.S. Government Security is required
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
· 6-10 years of relevant professional work experience required
· OCONUS Travel Requirement: 20-25% of the time
· Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
· Strong interpersonal skills, especially the ability to network and establish professional relationships
· Ability to prioritize, demonstrated strong organizational skills, and ability to meet or exceed deadlines
Physical Demands: Position will require frequent sitting, standing, and/or mobility within an office setting. Employee must be able to use hands to complete work at a workstation/computer, be able to reach, type and manipulate with hands, fingers, and arms; lift and/or move up to 20 pounds; talk, see and hear.
Work Environment: Work is performed on client site in a professional office environment with moderate stress and noise levels. Position requires employee to effectively use a computer, potentially for long periods of time, and to accommodate potentially frequent interruptions. Candidate should be both customer-focused and present a team approach to overall work.
Schedule: Business core hours are Monday through Friday, from 10am – 2pm ET. Standard work hours may vary for this position based upon contract requirements. Position will be located onsite at a customer facility in Herndon, VA.
