Full Job Description
CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a Technical ERP Specialist Mid to serve on a financial effort supporting the Naval Information Forces as they modernize their fiscal execution business processes.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Performing help desk type functions, including showing hands-on user assistance.
- Assisting with the analysis and correction of data as required.
- Assisting with data conversion efforts into Navy ERP.
- Performing testing conversion and data migration.
- Assisting with the transition of SABRS to the new ERP system, Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI).
- Assisting with the programmatic and functional support required to transition SABRS data, including data entry, accounting support, ensuring that converted data meets requirements for data integrity of DAI’s core financials and time and labor.
- Assisting with the development of SOPs in cooperation with other DAI and SABRS support teams where a DAI solution gap is being resolved through business process reengineering (BPR).
- Providing direction and support on DAI configuration management and setup.
- Providing services for programmatic and functional support for the transition of the business system Standard Accounting Budgeting & Reporting System (SABRS) to end-to-end integration of all resources and activities required to ensure Financial Management (FM) operational functionality in the new enterprise resource planning system, Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI).
- Assisting with the development and implementation of System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans to support NAVIFOR’s participation in DAI PMO SIT and UAT events.
- Assisting with building reports and templates as needed by NAVIFOR end-users. The reports will be built in DAI using Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE).
- Assisting with the planning, analysis, monitoring, documenting, and control of organizational change management, to include business impact analyses for system enhancements and upgrades. Documentation should be completed for both functional and technical changes and will require an approval process.
- Monitoring data within DAI Financials to identify and report discrepancies in the treatment of data values within the tables, most especially to include titles or names of values that are missing.
Work Environment:
- Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.

Travel:

Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Current, active Secret security clearance.
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise resource planning for the DoD or another federal entity.
- Experience in migration to ERP systems.
- Specific knowledge of end-to-end user ERP design mechanics and functionality.
- Experience in building ERP modules and objects.
- Full understanding of ERP backend “coding.”
- Experience with data analysis and testing conversion.
- Ability to assist government personnel with developing and implementing programming methods and best practices.
- Ability to communicate applicable technical subject matter expertise to management and others.
- Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition.
- Experience with Navy ERP.
- Available within 3 weeks of offer.
