Sigma Defense is seeking a mid-level candidate who has experience providing Test and Evaluation Support.
The ideal candidate is comfortable with reaching out to stakeholders for knowledge necessary to provide solutions, documentation, and assistance to vendors participating in CI/CD testing of their components become certified for addition to the Autonomy Baseline.

Requirements
- Candidate must be familiar with pipeline goals that start with commits or merges into selected git repositories -> deployment of fully tested containers to an artifact repository along with related test reports.
Computer Software/Programs Experience:
- CI/CD pipelines of any vendor.
- GitLab a plus.
- Docker (Podman) a plus.
Personnel Clearance Level:
- Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active, DoD-issued Secret security clearance.
- A clearance will be sponsored for the right candidate.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or similar field of study.
Essential Job Duties (not all inclusive):
- Conduct Verification and Validation (V&V) GitLab CI/CD pipelines running collections of OSI containers (Docker, Podman) in network-isolated environments (Kubernetes clusters using Container Network Interfaces (CIN plugins) or Docker-in-Docker execution on VMs).
- Some testing will be traditional unit and integration level testing while others will be complete system testing running the system against simulated environment worlds.
- For running complete system testing against simulation, the V&V effort shall include, but is not limited to, the following types of system-specific pipeline craft:
- Container creation and maintenance.
- Spoke-out container sets and simulation configurations to hosted resources (Kubernetes clusters, VM farms, etc.).
- Simulation configuration includes:
- Vehicle sensors and perception system models
- Payload models
- Environmental models
- Work with group to develop and coordinate accreditation plans and V&V plans prior to executing pipeline and simulation runs.
- Execute pipeline and simulation scenarios in accordance with V&V Plans.
- Develop V&V Reports and Accreditation Reports, after conducting post-run analysis.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 annually.
