Valley Ridge Home Health is a leading provider of home health care services in the Hospital & Health Care industry. We are currently seeking a Tier II Customer Service Rep to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
As a Tier II Customer Service Rep, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have. You will have a deep understanding of our services and be able to assist clients with any questions or concerns they may have. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and has excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be a team player, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and billing, to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our services
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer service experience and provide suggestions for process enhancement
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and services to provide accurate information to clients
- Assist with training and mentoring new customer service representatives
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service experience
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the health care industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
