Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and timely deliveries
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and best practices within the warehouse
• Conduct regular training sessions for staff on operational procedures and safety guidelines
• Assist in the preparation of operational reports and performance metrics
• Utilize computers for entering data and providing customer service

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven 2 years of experience in warehouse supervision or management
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
