The Aesthetic Technician Sales Leader is responsible for delivering excellent patient care first and foremost, ensuring proper execution of body contouring procedures according to policies and training, meeting key performance indicators, and fostering a spirit of teamwork. The Aesthetic Technician Sales Leader is also responsible for maintaining the integrity of the Non-Invasive Program, including but not limited to on boarding and training new Aesthetic Technicians on site and virtually, providing guidance and tools for centers to meet and exceed cash in goals as set by the company, to identify needed resources and collaborate with appropriate departments to implement, and have driven focus for the company to hit AOP goals for Non-Invasive offerings.
Primary Duties
A. This is a traveling position, requiring travel to various locations up to 90% of the time, based on company needs.
B. On boarding and training new hire Aesthetic Technicians, both in person and virtually.
C. Identifying needs for the Non-Invasive Program to be successful and coordinating with appropriate team members to implement.
D. Assisting centers with finding a solution to cover non-invasive appointments should an Aesthetic Technician position be open and working to be backfilled.
E. Mentor and coach centers to meet and exceed their goals set by the company through KPI Management.
F. This role will require a highly motivated, flexible individual with strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to overcome objections in a face-to-face consultative environment.
· Provide value and educate our patients regarding our approach, the treatments, and our processes, including all documentation and financing/payment options available.
· Manage the appropriate follow up with both the in-center clinical teams and the patient to ensure a great experience leading up to and through the treatments.
· Maintain and develop a patient pipeline and regularly follow up with prospective patients who did not move forward in their initial consultation.
· Demonstrate leadership while visiting each center location to keep the entire team informed, positive, and energized to support the best possible patient experience.
Requirements
A. The Aesthetic Technician Sales Leader provides training that is consistent with a written scope of care approved by the medical staff.
· It is the responsibility of the Aesthetic Technician Sales Leader to be fully certified in performing the non- invasive treatments offered by the company. They are also required to have extensive knowledge and passion for training the proper technique for performing said treatments.
· This position does not require treatments on patients, simply training of the staff. As such, licenses and/or certifications such as Aesthetician, LPN/LVN, RN, etc. are not required.
B. Proven, outstanding track record (minimum of 2 years) in sales in a high- energy, high-paced environment. Experience with one-on-one consultative selling in industries such as finance, education, plastic or cosmetic surgery, hair replacement, or other professional settings is considered a plus.
C. Is a quick study, can immediately build rapport, assess the patient’s needs, and teach a sense of urgency for Aesthetic Technicians to drive results in center.
D. Must have excellent interpersonal skills that builds effective working relationships with patients, physicians, and other team members.
E. Must be a self-starter, accountable, and highly motivated to hit and exceed targets to reap financial rewards (manage KPI's).
F. Maintains professionalism and poise consistently, even when working under pressure.
G. Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
H. Must be flexible to travel weekly, and some weekends depending on travel duration from home base airport to accommodate a Monday- Friday schedule. Will occasionally require Saturday travel.

Additional Skills and Responsibilities:
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS suite
· Must have ability to cross reference multiple data spreadsheets/reports to drive metrics.
· Must maintain BLS certification.
COMPENSATION:
At Sono Bello, we believe that our team members are the keys to our success. The compensation range for this role is $65,000 - $80,000, plus potential bonuses (based on performance and KPI achievements).
