The Challenge and The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented and experienced Brand Marketing Manager to join the Quilt team and support Connecting Threads and Superior Threads. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Leveraging your expertise in digital marketing channels, data analysis, and optimization techniques, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing our marketing ROI and achieving our growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels such as catalog, performance channels, email, advertising, brick and mortar experiences, and affiliate marketing.
- Manage expenses to P&L targets by structuring end-to-end campaigns from planning budget allocation to ad creation, targeting, and optimization.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify key trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization; utilize analytics platforms and marketing tools to monitor campaign performance and ROI.
- Implement A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to optimize campaign elements such as ad creative, messaging, targeting parameters, and landing pages.
- Deep dive into customer data to understand preferences, buying habits and white space for business
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the creative team, product team, and other stakeholders to develop compelling marketing assets and messaging that resonate with our target audience.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices. Continuously seek out opportunities to innovate and improve our marketing efforts.
- Provide regular performance reporting and insights for management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable recommendations for improvement.

Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing roles, with a proven record of accomplishment for driving measurable results and achieving KPIs.
- Understanding of how digital marketing channels, platforms, and best practices are part of a 360-content marketing program.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.; proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a passion for testing and optimization. Experience with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with the willingness to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving continuous improvement and achieving measurable outcomes.

Compensation: We provide a competitive compensation package, and pay rates are based on your skills, experience and metropolitan area. In addition to that, we offer bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.
The starting pay range is:
$29.00 - $36.00 per hour for Washington
Candidates from different locations within the United States may receive varying salary offers.
