Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney

Position: Litigation Associate - Junior to Mid-Level
Location: Seattle

Direct Counsel is seeking a junior to mid-level associate with a minimum of two years of experience to join a commercial litigation group in Seattle. Candidates with law firm experience, including responsibilities for pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and arguing motions, are preferred. Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills are essential. Clerkship and court experience is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing commercial litigation cases.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
• Engage in depositions and oral arguments.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years’ experience in commercial litigation.
• Strong academic background and exceptional writing skills.
• Ability to advocate effectively in various legal contexts.

Salary:
The annualized salary range for this position in Washington is $205,000 to $330,000, adjusted based on the candidate’s experience and other job-related factors.
