iSoftTek Solutions Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager/ Civil Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring their successful completion within budget and on schedule. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and team members to achieve project objectives and deliver high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the construction project, including procurement, subcontractor management, and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or risks, and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to establish project goals and expectations, and maintain regular communication to provide updates.
- Lead project meetings and coordinate communication among team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting. Review and approve invoices, purchase orders, and subcontractor payments.
- Oversee the coordination of resources, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient project execution.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence.

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management principles, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Sound understanding of contract management and financial analysis.
- Familiarity with relevant construction regulations and safety standards.
