Making A Difference Foundation (MADF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of others. Our mission is to help individuals and families acquire the most basic human needs, such as food, housing, encouragement, and opportunity. To further our mission, MADF operates various programs and initiatives, including a delivery program that brings essential goods and supplies to those in need.
As a Delivery Program Coordinator at MADF, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing the delivery program. Your responsibilities will include:
- Formulating and implementing effective strategies for delivery operations
- Coordinating delivery routes and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods
- Managing delivery software to track and optimize delivery schedules
- Outreaching to potential partners, organizations, and events to support offsite food pantries
- Create advertising materials to promote the delivery program through social media and community outreach
- Recruiting and coordinating volunteers for delivery operations
- Coordinate with schools and community organizations for food banks
- Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports for program directors
We are looking for a qualified candidate who has excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. A strong knowledge of MS Office and project management software is essential for this role. Experience in program management or coordination is preferred.

Requirements
- BSc/BA diploma in management or a relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of project management software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work independently and track multiple processes
- Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics and delivery software
- Experience in program coordination or similar role preferred
