Requirements
Fleet Assistant: This is where you come in.
We're looking for a Fleet Assistant who will assist with daily fleet operations and keep our growing fleet of commercial trucks, vans, and cars clean, well-maintained, and safe in the communities we serve.
Top 3 things to deliver to be a hero:
- Keep vehicles clean and well-maintained through various means, including inspecting and cleaning vehicles and installing and removing vehicle accessories and vehicle tracking devices.
- Assist with minor vehicle repairs and shuttle vehicles to and from repair facilities and interface with vendors to support transport.
- Use and maintain vehicle databases and fleet tracking to schedule repairs, access vehicle records, and locate drivers to assist.
The Fleet Assistant position reports to Meghan Marquardt – Service Logistics Manager, on a collaborative team supporting our growing field presence! This role will provide you exposure to a large, fast paced fleet operation and what goes in to keeping our business safe, operational and on the move.
Your Background: What kind of person will thrive in this role?
You should have…
- A high school GED or equivalent.
- History of good employment attendance.
- Valid drivers' license and clean driving record
- Basic mechanical aptitude and intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

Benefits
Compensation: $25-$30 hourly
