Full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our dynamic outpatient clinic. In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions. Your work will be essential in empowering clients to overcome mental health challenges and reach their personal goals. You will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, provide support to clients and their families, and stay informed on best practices to ensure high-quality care in a nurturing environment.
Salary Range: $90,000 to $110,000
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM
Responsibilities:
- Engages in crisis intervention and counseling for patients, focusing on the assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral problems.
- Consults with families and support systems to coordinate treatment and discharge planning for clients.
- Communicates progress, needs, concerns, and issues related to patients with physicians.
- Keeps accurate and timely clinical records and progress notes in compliance with departmental standards.
- Collaborates with the healthcare team in formulating treatment and discharge plans based on psychosocial assessments and standard social work interventions.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapist from an accredited program.
- Active Washington state licensure as LMFT.
- You have 2 year or more of experience in outpatient setting.
- Ability to work independently, self-directed and highly organized;
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office;
- Strong computer skills including word processing, e-mail systems, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records.
