What's in it for you?

$24 per hour

Requirements:

As our chosen Maintenance Technician, every day you will be responsible for maintenance/cleaning common areas, performing routine grounds and maintenance with attention to detail, performing tree limb removals, maintaining grounds, and clearing debris to ensure safety. Additionally, you will handle the upkeep of roads, owner structures, common areas and contributing to a well-maintained and welcoming mobile home park. Broadmoor (200 spaces) is a beautiful manufactured home community in Yakima, WA and we want YOU to be our Maintenance Technician!

Requirements

To thrive in this role:

Efficiently remove tree limbs and clear debris to keep the grounds safe and visually appealing

Perform routine grounds cleaning and maintenance with attention to detail

Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance of roads, owner structures, and common areas throughout the mobile home park

Knowledge of proper use of janitorial/landscaping tools and equipment, manual, electric and gas powered

Provide excellent customer service to residents, coworkers and vendors

Excellent time management skills

Ability to respond to on-call emergencies as needed and participate in on-call rotation schedule

A valid driver's license. This position requires 1 day out of the week travel to a nearby property

A team player

Bonus Skills

Bilingual (Spanish)

Understanding of local building codes and regulations

Background in pool operations or maintenance is preferred
