The role requires good communication with Human Resources Director & CEO, who is diligent, values accuracy and has a good eye for detail, and is flexible, positive and good at juggling priorities.
Responsibilities
- Manage time and labor with Service Titan dispatching and GPS.
- Fast learner and willing to be self motivated and not AFRAID TO LEARN NEW SYSTEMS.
- Resolve any discrepancies surrounding payroll.
- Data Entry of Direct Deposits and W-4s into payroll system.
- Enter and audit all pay data.
- Review Payroll Daily tracker and Payroll spreadsheet with updated data.
- Manage internal payroll related reporting.
- Process payroll for approximately 50-100 employees.
- Complete general clerical duties.
- Employee benefits administration.
- Answer employees queries.
- Book company events and help coordinate the events.
- GPS tracking.
- DMV Vehicle registration.
- Help HR Director monitor all work-related spreadsheets.
- Track PTO, sick, bonus, enter pay increase.
- Calculate and prepare off cycle payments, including relocation payments, any missed pay in the time clocks.
- Review and understand HR record entry, along with consideration to retention guidelines, auditing, privacy and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 1-2 years experience
- Forward thinking, organized, efficiency minded, and detail orientated.
- Excel and Microsoft experience-1 year +
- Time sheet experience
- Ability to meet deadlines and support multiple payroll cycles each month
- Experience with payroll guidelines for terminated, fired or quit employee
