Fantastic Opportunity: Needed Full-Time Physical Therapist

Become a full-time physical therapist in our orthopedic outpatient clinic, where you will be instrumental in giving patients with chronic pain issues outstanding care. In this role, you will conduct thorough evaluations to learn more about the causes underlying pain, create customized interdisciplinary treatment programs, and apply therapeutic modalities to efficiently control symptoms. In order to help patients manage their pain and improve their general quality of life, your kind demeanor will be crucial.

Salary: $100,000-$115,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9 am - 5 pm
Patient Volume: 1-2 patient per hour
Patient Type: Adult Patients
Insurance Mix: Major Medical Commercial Insurances Medicare

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patients’ physical conditions and mobility.
• Developing personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Guiding patients through exercises to improve strength and mobility.
• Develops a treatment plan based on patient’s functional abilities
• Performing hands-on techniques to alleviate pain and improve function.
• Tracking patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Works with the referring physician for individual needs

Requirements

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Washington State license as Physical Therapist.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
• New grads are welcome to apply!
