Producer II

At HSI, we're looking for a talented Producer II of Online Learning to play a pivotal role in transforming our safety lessons into engaging, interactive modules. In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for both the development and visual design of eLearning content, providing essential authoring and media technology support to project teams. This includes creating high-impact graphics, 3D illustrations, animations, and more. Location: Remote within continental US. 

Responsibilities

• Perform media entry/authoring tasks by accurately reading and interpreting source documents - such as storyboards - and enter content into a JSON-based authoring tool
• Modify and combine stock photos and illustrations to create new instructional images
• Perform audio editing tasks to trim narration and character dialog
• Strategize and collaborate with instructional design team to develop creative ideas and memorable content throughout production planning and development 
• Develop 2D and 3D illustrations, animations, and motion graphics
• Create 2D or 3D characters, utilizing programs such as Character Creator
• Use 3D software such as Unreal Engine, Maya, and Cinema 4D to create models, illustrations, and scene design
• Work under general supervision to meet deadlines, but a high degree of initiative and creativity are required and encouraged

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with online course development, processes, and LMSs is highly desired
• Demonstrated proficiency in production applications, including the Microsoft, Google, and Creative Cloud suites as well as Articulate Storyline 360
• 3D animation, graphic design, and motion graphic skills, with the ability to bring the written vision to life
• An Associate’s degree in a related field and 2+ years of experience or equivalent 4+ years of experience 
• Being bilingual is a plus (i.e. Spanish, French Canadian)
