Our team at Windermere Real Estate is currently seeking a friendly and professional Real Estate Sales Professional to join us. As a Real Estate Sales Professional, you will play a crucial role as an intermediary between sellers and buyers, providing guidance and support throughout the transaction process. Responsibilities
- Build relationships with sellers and buyers, helping them to market and purchase properties at the right price and under the best terms
- Listen to clients' needs and financial abilities and propose appropriate solutions
- Coordinate negotiation processes, advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and other relevant matters
- Promote properties through effective marketing strategies, including advertisements, open houses, and listing services
- Showcase and present properties to potential buyers for viewing and consideration
Requirements
- Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
- Friendly and outgoing personality, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven track record of success and sales achievements
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, while also collaborating effectively with clients and colleagues
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Must be at least 18 years old
