As a Realtor at our Liberty Lake office, you will be responsible for marketing listings and providing guidance to both buyers and sellers. We are looking for someone friendly and passionate about real estate to join our team and help our clients in their real estate journey.

Responsibilities
- Be the intermediary between sellers and buyers, ensuring good conduct and honest exchange of information to achieve a beneficial understanding
- Evaluate clients' desires and economic capabilities to provide appropriate suggestions
- Build valuable and trustworthy relationships within the local community and become the go-to person for all things real estate
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values
- Provide guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property at the right price and under the best terms
Requirements
- Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
- A proven track record of sales is a plus
- Outstanding people skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Trustworthy and results-driven
- Empathy for others and a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively sell
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Must be 18 years or older
