Full Job Description
The Washington State Democrat’s Coordinated Campaign is seeking Regional Field Directors to join our 2024 campaign cycle. With a contested Senate race, open Governor's race, multiple targeted congressional races, the Regional Field Directors will be critical to the success of countless races in 2024.
This job is a full-time, campaign cycle position, with an end date of November 15, 2024 and is a part of the collective bargaining agreement. Evening and weekend work will be required, particularly as we get closer to the 2024 General Election.

Requirements
Core Competencies
- The Regional Organizing Directors are responsible for working with and supervising staff, building robust political networks, and serving as liaisons in the community within their region
- Unwavering commitment to winning Democratic majorities at all levels in Washington state, and a demonstrated commitment to the Democratic Party
- Demonstrated ability to work inclusively and collaboratively with a diverse staff, activists, allies, and stakeholders
Experience
- At least one-to two cycles of political organizing experience
- Expertise with VAN; familiarity with modern campaign tools and techniques
- Prior management experience
- Ability to adapt to evolving priorities
- Comfortable working in metrics and deadline driven environment
- A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and the ability to work evening and weekend hours
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train and supervise Field organizers
- Manage organizers to effectively recruit and manage volunteer teams
- Hold organizers accountable for metrics
- Grassroots field program
- Communicating directly with volunteers and voters about the election
- Manage and maintain up to 5 field offices across the region
- Work to elect democrats up and down the ballot
- Meet data and reporting deadlines
- Other duties as required
Benefits
Salary is $5,885 per month, with comprehensive health care, vision, and dental coverage; mileage and phone stipend; paid time off, sick leave, bereavement, and paid observed holidays. This position is a part of the Coordinated Campaign’s collective bargaining agreement.
