Full Job Description
Assist in the processing of employment related personnel transactions. Requires the ability to work with employees and maintain confidentiality of work at all times.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Process incoming personnel forms and timesheets per established procedures, which includes verifying completeness of documents, coding data for processing, etc.
· Maintain new/terminated list of employees.
· Process general administrative work (routing of field/office timesheets)
· Work with supervisor to develop efficient methods of accomplishing specific functions.
· Prepare special reports and complete other projects as directed.
Establish and maintain records of transactions where follow-up action is required and recommend
1st shift: 7:00 am -3:30 pm M-F
Pay: $18-22

Requirements
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential.
· Accurate and efficient keyboarding.
· Working knowledge and ability to operate a 10 key calculator accurately.
· Must have a Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
· Working knowledge of or the ability to learn company's portal software.
· Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work assignments, make sound decisions, and produce accurate and timely results.
· Proactive work ethic, demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and maintain confidentiality.
· High school diploma or its equivalent
