Role
A BRX Baseball Performance Consultant (BPC) is more than just a sales role – they are the enthusiastic voice that welcomes our prospects to the BRX family. BPCs manage their own pipeline of prospects and conduct engaging "information calls" that are more than a typical sales pitch. Instead, these calls are the first step in the athlete’s coaching journey, where we dive into their goals, answer questions, and ultimately, have a transformational coaching conversation that leaves prospects inspired to join the BRX family.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct "BRX Online Information Calls" over the phone with interested leads
- Build, develop, and maintain strong business and customer relationships.
- Keep the pipeline in our CRM clear, up-to-date, and accurate with clear notes on potential clients.
- Follow up diligently and consistently with potential clients over long periods.
- Allow the Sales Manager to observe and critique calls.
- Stay informed about the BRX product and baseball performance industry through internal and external training.
- Collaborate with the BRX team to generate ideas on how to best serve our athletes.
- Collaborate with the team of strength coaches to ensure a smooth lead hand-off from call to assessment.
- Available Mon-Thurs from 12pm-8pm CST to conduct sales calls (weekends preferred but not mandatory)
Results:
- A 60% "Attended Call-to-Booked Assessment" rate is maintained
- Your diligent note taking leads to performance specialists who feel prepared for assessments
- Qualified prospects are followed up with indefinitely
- Adhere to all internal communication protocols
Requirements
- Baseball playing experience (college preferred but not mandatory)
- Sales experience
- Excellent phone communication skills
- Willingness to learn new sales processes.
- Routine-oriented.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic role
- Open to growth within the company.
- Self-sufficient and able to effectively manage time.
- Well-organized, with the ability to maintain a pipeline that is clear and understandable by the Sales Manager.
Benefits
- Base Pay: $50,000/year
- On Target Earnings: $100,000/year
- Commission on all sales
- Opportunity to 2x income in year 1
