Building Erection Foreman / Co-Owner

Job Duties:

·       Lead and work with crew members performing building erection of our pre-engineered/conventional metal and wood framed buildings

·       Lead 4-5 crew members in daily duties and assist in training of new members

·       Work with project management team to ensure proper staffing, materials, and equipment are on site to meet the project deadlines

·       Work with subcontractors to coordinate schedules and work areas

·       Monitor quality control and safety standards for Keller employees and subcontractors

·       Keep supervisor informed with job progress

·       Complete daily paperwork such as daily reports, timecards, and quality control sheets

·       Maintain a safe work environment for all members on the job site

Skills & Abilities:

·       Minimum 5 years construction experience (Preferred)

·       Ability to read and understand blueprints

·       Comfortable with heights

·       Great Leadership and communication skills

·       Willingness to travel typically within WI

·       Ability to lift heavy objects (0-80lbs from ground to waist level, 0-50lbs from to shoulder level)

·       Ability to walk, and stand for long periods of time while performing physical labor

·       Ability to operate tools and equipment

·       Comfortable working outside in various weather conditions
