In addition, we carry a variety of bottled beers and spirits.

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional service to our valued customers. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and the ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries

• Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner

• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately

• Maintain customer records and update information as needed

• Collaborate with team members to address and improve customer service processes

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to remain calm and professional in difficult or stressful situations

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in computer systems and databases

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
