Full Job Description
This position is responsible for providing excellent and effective customer service to all customers by maintaining thorough company product knowledge. The CSR will be accountable for creating, communicating, and documenting new orders within the sales department.
Duties:
• Effectively communicate with Customers and operations for all inquiries via telephone or email
• Provide delivery information upon request
• Help to expedite product shipments based on customer needs/requests
• Assist, coordinate, and provide feedback between the manufacturing team and customers to coordinate order fulfilment
• Processing Purchase Orders accurately and efficiently
• Managing Customer Portal updating information in a timely manner
1st Shift: 8:00 - 4:30pm
Pay Rate: $22-$24 / hr.
Location: Racine, WI
Job Type: Temp to Hire (on-site)
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience within customer service position, preferably within an order entry or order fulfillment role in the telecommunications, call center and/or manufacturing industry
- Pleasant phone skills and service-minded attitude required
- Ability to apply effective intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications: Word and Excel
