Employer:  Kennedy Construction Management         Start Date:  5/20/2024

 

Job Type:   PT, Minimum 20 Hrs. Per Week                Wage:  $19.00/Hour

 

Located:  9180 Charles St.

                Sturtevant, WI 53177

 

 

Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Skills:

 

  • Organization:  The ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently, while maintaining a well-organized workspace and keeping track of important documents and deadlines.
  • Communication:  Strong verbal and written communication skills, effective interaction with colleagues, clients, and vendors.  This includes but is not limited to professional phone etiquette, email communication, and interpersonal skills.
  •  Attention to Detail:  Being thorough and meticulous in carrying out tasks, ensuring accuracy in data entry, document preparation, and maintaining records.
  •  Time Management:  Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and effectively manage time to ensure productivity and efficiency in the workplace.
  •  Problem-Solving:  Proactive, with the ability to identify issues and find creative solutions, using critical thinking to troubleshoot problems that arise.
  •  Technology Skills:  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), as well as familiarity with standard office equipment and technology.
  •  Adaptability:  Ability to handle changing priorities, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, while demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
  •  Confidentiality:  Due to the nature of the position and the handling of sensitive information and/or document, the ideal candidate must maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.
  •  Teamwork:  Willingness to collaborate, coordinate, and cooperate with colleagues to achieve common goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
  •  Professionalism:  Display a professional demeanor at all times, maintaining a polished appearance, and demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

 

  • HSD/GED/HSED
  • Driver’s License
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • COIN Certified – Construction Only - Must submit proof with Resume
  • Will be required to pass a skill assessment at KCM prior to after interview

  • Microsoft 365 Office Suite Proficient
  • Mail Merging
  • Data Entry
