Production Worker

Parallel Employment Group is seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Worker to join our team in Lake Geneva!

The work is performed in front of small openings to room size warming ovens.  The operator runs the pour machine that fills the molds, then pushes the molds into the oven conveyer.  As the molds exit the conveyor, the operator releases the product from the mold. This position runs production lots, communicates with co-workers regarding productions runs, and maintains a safe, organized and clean work environment.

Wage: $17.75/hr- $19.00/hr

Hours:

2nd shift 2:45p-11:15pm Monday through Friday

3rd shift 10:30p-7:00am Monday through Friday

Requirements

• Prior experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to operate production machinery and tools, keep pace of machine and flow.
• Reads blueprints and follows instructions.
• Ensure proper temperature and mix of polyurethane.
• Regulate flow of polyurethane into molds.
• Release warm product from molds.
