Pay: $17 + BOE
Shift: 3rd shift, will train on 1st for the first month.
Parallel Employment is currently seeking a Quality Inspector for the 3rd shift at our client based in Oak Creek.
As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting inspections on incoming and outgoing materials and products, as well as ensuring that production procedures meet quality standards. This role requires a keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. Key responsibilities: - Conduct inspections on product and process as assigned - Ensure that production procedures comply with safety and quality standards - Record inspection data according to established procedures - Process defective materials and communicate with the Quality Manager The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Quality Inspector or in a relevant role. Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this position. Additionally, the ability to work well in a team environment and willingness to work overtime as needed is required. Experienced required:
Minimum of 2 years of Experience
Blueprint Reading
Using Gages
PPAP Layout Inspection
CMM - running part programs
CMM - DCC Operation
Quality Inspection Plans
Gage Calibration
Experience using MS Access, MS Word, and MS Excel
ESSENTIAL RESPONSABILITIES
Comply with all PRAM Corporate Policies • Comply with all PRAM Quality Assurance Policies & Procedures • Assist Quality Engineer when needed • Develop, file and maintain Quality Control Part Master Files • Develop and maintain Quality Inspection Plans • File and maintain Inspection Reports • Collect, sort and enter SPC data into SPC software • Create and analyze Capability Studies • Develop and maintain CMM inspection programs and related drawings (as necessary) • Develop gage designs • Problem solve • Work with Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing and Suppliers on new part development projects • Assist Quality Control Inspectors when needed • Calibrate and maintain gages as needed
