Restaurant Server

Hi Point Steakhouse is a popular and vibrant restaurant located in the heart of town. We are renowned for our mouthwatering steaks, delectable sides, and exceptional hospitality. As a Restaurant Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a timely and friendly manner.
• Present menus, answer questions and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
• Take accurate food and drink orders from guests and ensure their prompt delivery.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Process guest payments and accurately handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned station, ensuring the dining area is well-presented.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a restaurant server or in a similar role is helpful, not required.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to ensure smooth coordination with kitchen staff.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant's operating hours.
• Must adhere to all health and safety regulations.
