Full Job Description
Our team is growing, and we’re looking to add a new Sales Representative to our sales team! Reporting to our SVP of Sales, our Sales team works to grow new sales revenue within their assigned territory by identifying, qualifying, and coordinating meetings for new opportunities, performing product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing prospects.
In this role, you can expect to generate and develop relationships with key stakeholders and prospects in net-new accounts as well as continuously nurture relationships within our existing accounts to grow year-over-year revenue within your assigned territory. You’ll collaborate closely with our senior leadership, marketing, account management, and product teams to drive results.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Build, manage, and nurture the sales pipeline with an assigned territory to ensure short and long-term success against our broader company goals.
- Identify, prospect, and engage with key stakeholders within target accounts to create effective partnerships with decision-makers to drive results in new revenue opportunities within both net-new and existing accounts.
- Leverage a deep understanding of the Chipply platform and value proposition to demonstrate the value of our product within the client’s business.
- Lead contract negotiations and navigate the client decision-making process through the sales cycle to successfully close deals.
- Partner with our Executives, Sales and Marketing leadership, Account Management, and Product teams to refine and improve our go-to-market strategy and processes to support our growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 4+ years of prior experience in a full-lifecycle software sales role, preferably within the SaaS/eCommerce industry
- Custom apparel / sports industry experience is a HUGE plus
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quota in a small, early-stage team
- A proactive, hands-on mindset to collaborate across various internal teams to drive results
- Willingness to travel at least 25% annually
