Full Job Description
Parallel Employment is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Team Lead. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and managing a team of employees to ensure the achievement of departmental and warehouse goals. Your duties will include product receiving, product replenishing, processing returns, order fulfillment, on-time shipping, equipment maintenance, employee training, safety, staffing, and scheduling.
**NOTE (out of season Tuesday through Saturday 7am to 330pm. In season Monday through Wednesday 230pm to 11pm and Saturday and Sunday 7am to 330pm)
Essential job functions and expectations for the Assistant Manager include but are not limited to the following:
• Communicate and Collaborate with fulltime and seasonal associates.
• Train, Guide and Evaluate new employees
• Support warehouse managers with special project, and additional duties when required.
• Process Paperwork for outbound shipments.
• Releasing order on required times
• Maintain and organization and cleanliness of the pick/pack area.

Requirements
• Three (3) years’ experience in a warehouse environment, with one (1) year in a Leadership role.
• High School Diploma or GED, Associates Degree preferred.
• Physically able to lift 60lbs and stand for long periods of time
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
• Forklift, Stand-up, Cherry Picker and reach truck experience
• Ability to work different shifts
