The Inside Account Manager (IAM) will be the primary contact and business manager from MLS to an assigned list of customers ranging from 20-50 small to mid-sized accounts in the form of a ‘sales block’. The IAM will be accountable to MLS Leadership and local teams to achieve desired sales results from their sales block. The IAM will conduct proactive and reactive customer-based interactions by preparing for customer calls with effective pre-call planning, and maintaining post call notes. This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
Requirements
- Builds and maintains effective business relationships and a high level of satisfaction with customer decision makers and influencers with a select group of accounts.
- Conducts regular agenda-based customer meetings to achieve short and mid-term sales objectives and works hard to understand the account’s needs and develops linkage to MLS’ product/service offerings. ...
