As a Program Manager, Level 1, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing our core Perceptyx platform for our customers as well as planning, managing, and successfully delivering listening event projects. This in an entry level position, to provide direct and indirect patient care and case management services to active-duty military patients receiving inpatient care for substance abuse, mood disorders and/or posttraumatic stress disorder.

This is a Full Time position working 32 hours a week. Must be available to work on Wednesdays.

Available Shifts:

Mon -Friday  8am- 4:30pm.

Pay Range:

$22-  $24 per hour.

Essential Duties:

• Assist the case manager with multiple cases from admit to discharge
• Command and Provider communication
• Work within a multidisciplinary clinical team
• Write brief reports and clinical updates
• Take care of patient needs during their treatment
• Assist with discharge planning
