As a Program Manager, Level 1, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing our core Perceptyx platform for our customers as well as planning, managing, and successfully delivering listening event projects. In this role, you will complete both initial platform setup and manage employee listening events while ensuring both are delivered on time and meet the customers' stated and implied business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional customer teams to gather requirements, identify risks, and develop project plans. Your solid communication skills will be essential in facilitating collaboration, providing status updates, and resolving issues throughout project lifecycles.

Some Things You Will Do:
- Serve as the main point of contact for managed listening events, managing episodic projects for customers.
- Gather system requirements from customers while providing guidance on best practices and leveraging the Perceptyx core product.
- Create a checklist plan for each customer, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for a timely and successful project and communicating those to the customer.
- Prepare, coordinate, and lead project-specific meetings between customers and appropriate Perceptyx team members.
- Identify and analyze project risks and dependencies on an ongoing basis to ensure successful projects.
- Knowledge sharing across all projects including key decisions made, customer roles, and stakeholder information, and relevant information tied to customer outcomes documented in the appropriate internal tools.
- Active engagement in learning and mastering the Perceptyx suite of tools and products that evolve as we grow.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Ideally, at least 2 years working directly with customers in a SaaS or survey organization
- Proven track record for following processes, managing projects efficiently, and guiding customers toward best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Demonstrated tech savviness (we'll train you to use our proprietary platform. Excel knowledge is also helpful when working with customer data files)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid decision-making and multi-tasking skills within stringent deadlines
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt to changing situations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to work with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences

Compensation✨
Perceptyx is focused on equitable pay for all our staff and aims for transparency with our pay practices. The salary range for the role is $67,000.00 to $77,000.00 annually. The above range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
