Responsibilities:
- Provide standby assistance to ensure the client's safety during ADLs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with skilled care tasks as needed, following the care plan and guidelines.
- Monitor the client's condition and report any changes to the office.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for the client.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a caregiver, particularly with skilled care tasks and ADLs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and coordinate care with others.
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to the needs of the client.
- Reliable and punctual with a consistent work history.
