Office/Customer Support Representative in Connecticut

Ace Handyman Services is hiring for a Office/Customer Service Rep! If you love people, love to help, and love to work hard and win, we would love to meet you!

This position serves as the primary point of contact in delivering our trademark helpful solutions and education to all customers, as well as consistently delivering exceptional service.

Your day to day will include:

• Making outbound calls to warm leads
• Handle incoming calls from potential customers
• Assess their needs and providing over-the-phone estimates
• Closing sales!
• Supporting with dispatching and scheduling

Our hourly range is between $16 and $18 with room to grow from there, depending on your experience!
