Ace Handyman Services is hiring for a Office/Customer Service Rep! If you love people, love to help, and love to work hard and win, we would love to meet you!
We are the fastest-growing company in the home improvement, repair and maintenance industry. We want you to grab a seat and jump on this rocket with us! This position serves as the primary point of contact in delivering our trademark helpful solutions and education to all customers, as well as consistently delivering exceptional service.
Your day to day will include:
- Making outbound calls to warm leads
- Handle incoming calls from potential customers
- Assess their needs and providing over-the-phone estimates
- Closing sales!
- Supporting with dispatching and scheduling
Our hourly range is between $16 and $18 with room to grow from there, depending on your experience!
Ideally, we're looking for some prior knowledge of the construction/carpentry industry, someone comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, a growth mindset, excellent communication skills, and passionate about closing deals and serving customers!
Requirements
- 2+ years of Sales and/or Customer Service Experience
- Home-improvement or construction-related experience is preferred, but not mandatory
- Extra points for Service Titan experience!
- Be comfortable with a pre-employment background check
- Have reliable transportation to work from our Gilbert office
