General Counsel in Florida

JOB SUMMARY:

We have recently created a new role of General Counsel that will sit as a trusted member of our Executive Leadership Team and lead the organization’s legal affairs based in our corporate office in Lake Mary, Florida. This is a fantastic and multifaceted role that will provide in-house advice on a broad range of legal matters within the business, from corporate governance, contracts, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and employment law. This is an opportunity to become part of a dynamic organization that is focused on driving growth, and where you will immediately contribute to its success. The role will report directly to the CEO and will also serve as a Corporate Officer & Company Secretary.

As General Counsel, this role will be crucial in helping the organization navigate legal complexities and will serve as the primary legal advisor, offering guidance and support to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations....
