General Description

The Proposal Manager will coordinate and produce the proposal (RFI, Sources Sought, RFP, etc.) response while working with a proposal team with the relevant service/product/business knowledge required to produce a compelling proposal. Responsibilities include introducing and implementing all necessary proposal procedures and processes (have knowledge of the Shipley proposal process). This is a highly networked role that requires an ability to work under pressure and within challenging timelines.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

1. Exercising full responsibility for complex government proposals and bid preparations; review solicitations, develop proposal plans, and build and manage to outline and schedules; identify gaps and win themes to develop a winning bid
